- 1 liter milk
- 180g white chocolate into pieces
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 gram of ginger powder
- 4 cinnamon sticks
Directions
Put the milk with ginger in a saucepan to boil a few minutes then remove it from fire.
Add the chocolate and coffee and mix the ingredients.
Serve in cups or small glasses, place the cinnamon for a perfect flavour.
