Spicy white chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings

• 1 liter milk
• 180g white chocolate into pieces
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 gram of ginger powder
• 4 cinnamon sticks

Directions

Put the milk with ginger in a saucepan to boil a few minutes then remove it from fire.

Add the chocolate and coffee and mix the ingredients.

Serve in cups or small glasses, place the cinnamon for a perfect flavour.
