- 100 gr. Macadamia (delicious dried fruit)
- 100 gr. hazelnuts
- 200 gr. dark chocolate (70%)
- 250 gr. butter
- 360 gr. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 125 gr. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 45 gr. cocoa powder. Butter to form
Cut dried fruit into chunks and roast lightly in a pan without fat. Preheat the oven to 180C
(in air at 160C)
Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat and let cool slightly.
Mix sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and cocoa and then add the chocolate and nuts.
Fit the form 20×20 grease well and put greaseproof paper and poured this mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes.
