- 1kg pork shoulder
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 100 g of Ketchup (preferably Heinz)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 glass of red wine
- Freshly ground pepper
- Sweet red pepper
- 1 pinch cumin
Cut the pork into small pieces
Cut the onions garlic and peppers in size as in salad
Pour the olive oil into the pot to burn
Add the pork to fry and add the onions, garlic and peppers to brown in a casserole together, another 2 minutes.
The add the wine and let it expel the alcohol.
Add the ketchup and stir for one minute add water so as to boil the meat. Add the salt, pepper, red pepper and cumin.
Leave them all together to a boil, when the meat is pierced easily the food is ready to serve!
If we want to do we just add pepper and red chilli pepper.
