People who eat no meat is often healthier than those who eat. They can lower cholesterol levels in blood pressure as and thus reduced risk of heart disease.

Vegetarianism is healthier because it contains no fats of meat. Also, richer in fibers, which not only assist in bowel function but also reduce the absorption of fats and cholesterol from foods.

A diet herb usually contains less sodium and more potassium, which helps to maintain low blood pressure.

But it is not the diet only that makes vegetarians healthier. They know much more than meat eaters the risks of hypertension and heart disease. So it can turn their interest in other aspects of life outside of the food as more exercise, less alcohol and no smoking.

Vegetarians do not eat meat or fish. most of them eat some animal foods, such as eggs and dairy products, and exclude all types of meat or fish from the diet.

Vegans avoid all animal products, including eggs and dairy products. But we must take care to eat a variety of plant foods, so not to miss key nutrients. But again, some need extra vitamins and minerals

  • Vegetarians who eat dairy products rarely need supplements.
  • vegans may need extra vitamin B12
  • pregnant or breastfeeding women, who follow strict vegetarian, should take supplemental calcium.
